On the 25th January, The Court of Appeal denied the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) a hearing for its appeal against the High Court's December ruling on UK solar feed-in tariffs. This has meant that the FiT rates will revert back to the higher rates as before the consultation from DECC was published, as per the table below:

The DECC have confirmed that they are seeking permission to appeal to the Supreme Court.  So although we should now work with the above tariffs, there is still the possibility that DECC will be granted permission to appeal to the Supreme Court and win this appeal, once again resulting in the earlier introduction of a reduced rate tariff.

any update on whats happening to the tarriff to those that were fitted in january ???? is it 21p or 43p many thanks
